OK, you should know by now that whenever you stimulate your woman, whether it be her clitoris, her g-spot, a-spot, or any of her sensitive spots, you need to use lots of lube.
So, what’s the best lube to use?
Well, everyone is going to have their own personal preference, but I personally prefer 100% pure all natural grape seed oil.
Grape seed oil is not sold as a personal lubricant rather you can find it in most grocery stores in the cooking oils, however it works fantastic as a sexual lubricant.
It’s made by applying pressure to the seeds of grapes which then produces the oil.
Grape seed oil is very natural and contains a lot of vitamin E which is good for both her skin, and the inside of her vagina.
It is also the best massage oil, so you can start out with giving your woman a massage and blend the massage right into digital stimulation, which works great because her body and mind will already be relaxed.
Another great thing about Grape seed oil is that it lasts much longer than most other lubes, making it ideal for the type of direct stimulation techniques that I teach.
The only downside is that it’s not safe for use with condoms because it will weaken them.
If you’re going to be using a condom, you’ll need to use a water based lube. Something like astroglide.
One quick tip about water based lubricants is, use more than you think you need. I used to get frustrated with water based lubes because they always seemed to dry up or absorb too quickly. You’re going to need to use more than you would with grape seed oil, so just keep that in mind.
Of course, the entire reason for using lubricant is to make the experience of stimulating your woman to orgasm a pleasurable one.
A lot of guys make the mistake of thinking, “oh, she gets wet enough, I don’t need lubricant”. That’s a big mistake, because you are going to be applying firm pressure to areas with a lot of nerve endings. Even if it feels good to her during the stimulation, she may end of feeling soar later, so be sure to always use plenty of lube.
Of course, with all your lube you’re going to need a technique to go along with it.

Actually, you just need to apply water to reactivate water-based lube :). Sliquid makes a great all natural organic water based line that I love!

Jason-
Thanks, man. I’ve watched a few of your short vids on YouTube over the last couple of days on G spot stimulation, squirting, and lube even though her pussy is already naturally wet.
I’m 49 and just getting back out into ‘dating’ after a dismal marriage. Anyway, I wish I had your info (and the internet) back in the day; I sure could have made my girlfriends a whole lot happier.
