The question of “does size matter?” seems to be engraved in the minds of men all around the world permanently.
There are so many different views on the subject, each pulling men in one direction or another, and it seems like you can hardly open up your email in-box these days or turn on the TV without seeing some advertisement for the latest and greatest penis pump or pill on the market.
I’ll be the first to admit it can be quite confusing as to what to believe as truth and what to dismiss as lies.
The main focus of this post is going to help you see through the fog and give you nothing but the straight facts about penis size and what women think about it.
First off no pill, pump or cream will magically grow your penis inches overnight, it’s just simply not possible. There are certain surgery options available for men that have a medical condition called “micropenis” which is a penis that is only 2 inches in length while erect, but that is only for VERY extreme cases and something most men never need to consider. The micropenis condition only affects 0.6% of men.
Let’s discuss the average penis size in men. When we’re talking about penis size we’re referring to both the length and the width of the male penis. Although most men seem to be more concerned with the length then anything else.
Men can quite easily underestimate the size of their own penis compared to other men because of the perception obtained from looking down on the penis or because of the accumulation of fat at the base of the penis.
A recent study of men who thought that their penis was smaller than those of other men actually had an averaged sized penis.
So how big is the actual average sized penis? Well, there have been several studies conducted regarding penis size and the results typically show that the average male penis is between 5.08 inches to 5.9 inches in length and around 5.0 inches in circumference when fully erect. So you can clearly see that the average sized penis is really not as big as what most people think.
Take a look at the graph below, you can clearly see the most guys (about 70%) fall in the range of having a penis 5 to 6 inches in length.
So how did this idea of “If I don’t have at least a 8, 9 ,10 inch or bigger penis, then I’m smaller than average” come about?
The main reason is because as a man the only real reference or resource for seeing what sex looks like for other people is pornography. The thing you need to understand is pornography is a business and back in the 70’s porn producers discovered that when they put men in their videos with overly large penises they made more sales. Even though in “real life” men with huge penises are in the minority. So you can see if this is a man’s only reference for what another man’s penis looks like it can easily create a false belief about how big an average man’s penis actually is.
Another common misconception is that you have to have a huge penis to satisfy a woman sexually. This statement could not be more wrong. In fact a large penis can actually be painful to most women.
In fact many of the “sensitive” areas inside a woman’s vagina are not located very deep. Take for example the G Spot is located only 1 – 2 inches inside the vagina and can quite easily be stimulated using one or two fingers. Not to mention the clitoris which is located on the outside of the vagina.
A 2005 study found that 85% of women said they were “very satisfied” with the size of their partner’s penis, and only 6% of the women said their partner had a smaller penis than average. Another similar study found that women were not particularly concerned with penis size and over 71% thought men overemphasized the importance of their penis size and shape.
As you can clearly see penis size does not matter to women and you can easily satisfy a women with a “smaller” penis.
Now that you know you don’t have to have a large penis to satisfy a woman sexually that doesn’t mean you’re in the free in clear quite yet. You see there is much more to being able to give a woman an orgasm then just using your penis, in fact many women will never reach orgasm from just penis stimulation alone, no matter how big or small your penis is.
Some of the most intense orgasms you can ever give a woman can be given through G Spot, clitoral and A Spot stimulation using your fingers.
If you want to fully understand a woman’s body and be able to give her the gift of mind blowing orgasms I invite you to check out my course The Female Orgasm Blueprint where I demonstrate all the techniques you need to know to give your lover a full body orgasm.

Hi Jason
Currently my sex life with my boyfriend is suffering. He is fairly big, I don’t know actual measurements, but every time we have sex I always end up sore afterwards and then we can’t really have sex for few days. The other night I’m pretty sure I actually ended up with a couple of small tares that really hurt. It’s getting worse, I think more because now I’m stressing that it’s going 2 hurt. We’ve tried lube and have even stopped during for more. My boyfriend is very considerate and will just stop immediately if he realises I’m in pain (sometimes I try not to let him know). I want to be able to have sex whenever, specially considering we both have a high sex drive. PLEASE help!

Anyone else find it comical that the Penis Chart is shaped basically like a penis? Is Lifestyles playing a joke on us or is it nature’s sense of humor?

@ARJ – Thanks! Penis length or girth is not something you need to worry about. There is no real way to enlarge your penis without surgery. (which is unnecessary for most men) It is 100% myth that a woman needs to have a large penis to have an orgasm during intercourse.

Hey hi jason,
Amazing social service you are doing LOL !
Well, i have and avaerage length penis but i feel the girth isnt sufficient.
5inches is as fat as a women’s fist.
None of my girls complained me about it although but i would love to know it’s importance and if jelqing really helps or is it a myth ?
Thank You in advance !

Obviously, just to kick things off… I’m a bloke… on your mailing list. Can I just say, YOUR TECHNIQUES WORK… Trust me people, if you really put in the time and effort to satisfy your women the way Jason teaches, it doesn’t matter if you’ve got a little dick or a big dick (or about 5 1/2in like me 🙂 ) you will be giving her orgasms she could only dream about, and having her do things to you that you might only see in porno. Before I discovered J.J. I had no confidence in my sex life, well a little but not much… but now I feel like some sex pro. One of my mates has a big cock (as per the rumors) but his misus tells me she hates it, and that she wishes it was smaller!!! Yes, smaller!!! Jason you’re a bloody legend mate!

What is the correct way to measure the size and thickness of my penis? Also I hear about different types of orgasms women have(A-spot, G-spot, C-spot etc… explain to me what they are and where located.

Jason,
I have a problem with TOO much stimulation with my girl and she gets sore after a couple of times, and then I have to wait several days before I can even think of trying again…
She is also afraid that my size will rip her open if we ever tried anal….any suggestions?
Jason Julius says
@Scott- What specific areas are you stimulating that’s she’s becoming sore? (G spot, A Spot, Clitoris, etc) It may be that you’re just going to long and using to much pressure. Try easing up on the pressure a bit and see how she reacts.
As far as anal goes you need to understand that some women will be into it and some won’t. You need to be very gentle if you both decide it’s something you want to try out. If you are “bigger” then yes it’s going to be a tighter “fit”. Just remember to take things VERY SLOW and use LOTS of lube.

I would have to say that its not all about size if they know how to use it but also know how to use their mouth and fingers. I’ve been with guys of small and large sized penis’ and its not the size of the penis that matters. Its hard cuz guys think they need to be huge or girls are told bigger the better. But I have found some of the best guys in bed don’t have the biggest in the world. So guys, listen to Jason, his techniques work.

Oh how true that is! I am a woman who believes in being honest and saying things as I see them rather than most of the rest of society, who bang on about how important a big cock is, because it’s what everyone else says! Have surprised & given a lot of men confidence with my honest view and often made my female friends back down & admit that it really isn’t about size and more about skill and knowledge. A lot of women think they’re being really clever talking about big cocks being the best! In my opinion they are the ones who are totally naive. And yes- from experience I’d sooner have an average size than too big!
